Procedure Character:
Dry hydro massage on a warm water bed
Procedure Process:
Partial or full-body massage from ergonomically arranged water jets on a dry bed. The client lies preferably in underwear on the dry water bed and is wrapped in a sheet.
Areas of Massage:
Whole body, back, upper back, lower back, pelvis/thighs, pelvis/lower extremities.
Main Indications:
Reduces muscle tension, improves overall circulation, increases endorphin release and enhances mental well-being, improves blood circulation and metabolism, beneficial for back and neck pain.
Main Contraindications:
Fresh injuries, acute inflammations, infections; in case of varicose veins in the lower extremities, only a partial massage can be applied.
Duration of the Procedure:
20 minutes
What to Bring to the Procedure:
It is advisable to come in a bathrobe and underwear.
